An important part of the work that we do at Building Caring Communities is partnering with citizens who are passionate to share their gifts with others. 

This summer we met Dayna Kneeland. Dayna has recently returned from Oneness University in India and has a vision make meditation and energy practice more accessible to everybody.

Every Wednesday at the Hub, you are invited to come together to relax, connect and grow. Each week we will practice different meditation techniques such as visualization, breathing, singing and receiving Deeksha, a transference of universal energy that facilitates our growth greater happiness, peace, and awareness. As well as enjoying our time together, we will learn tools for our well being that we can integrate into our lives.

No prior experience necessary. Open to everyone and inclusive of all belief systems and abilities.
